Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We offer the following delivery timelines:
  • Dubai: Next-day delivery
  • UAE: 1–2 business days
  • GCC Countries: 3–4 business days
Delivery may take slightly longer during peak periods or high-volume promotional campaigns.
Will I receive a tracking link for my order?
Yes, as soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

Payments & Fees

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for secure online payments.

Order Changes

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want your items, you may return them once delivered, following our return policy.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update your details. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Returns & Faulty Items

I received the wrong or a faulty item, what should I do?

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the faulty/wrong item
  • A photo of the packaging label
Our customer care team will quickly find a solution for you.
How to initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at hello@verve-activewear.com with the following information:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)
Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup of the item.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
