Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Ivory Coast are delivered within 24 hours (same day or next day depending on your location). For international orders, we ship with DHL. Delivery times vary by country — please refer to the DHL delivery timing table at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking link for my order?
Yes, as soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
Payments & Fees
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.
How can I pay for my order?
In Ivory Coast, we accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and mobile money. For international orders, we accept credit and debit card payments only.
Order Changes
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want your items, you may return them once delivered, following our return policy.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update your details. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Returns & Faulty Items
I received the wrong or a faulty item, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the faulty/wrong item
- A photo of the packaging label
How to initiate a return?
To start a return:
- Email our Customer Care team at sales@verve.activewear.com within the return window (24h for Ivory Coast, 7 days for international orders).
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare your item: ensure it’s unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
