RETURNS & EXCHANGES
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Exchanges are not available. If you’re not satisfied with your item, we’ll refund you once we receive your return, and you can place a new order in your preferred size or style.
Returns are available within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds are available if the product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet expectations. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
WRONG OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you received the wrong or a faulty item, please contact our team with the following information:
- Your order number
- A photo of the invoice
- Photos of the item
- photo of the packaging label (if applicable)
Our customer care team will review your case and arrange either an exchange or refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected by our team.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed and a further 4–6 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
