RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love every Verve Activewear piece you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return process simple and transparent.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be returned:
• In their original packaging
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• With all labels and tags attached
• In the same condition they were received
Items that are damaged, worn, or missing tags may not be accepted.
How Do I Return an Item?
If you’d like to return an item:
1. Please email us at hello@verve-activewear.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and the reason for return.
3. We will arrange a courier pickup from your address.
Return Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For UAE returns, a pickup fee of AED 20 applies.
This amount will be deducted from your final refund.
International return shipping fees vary depending on destination and courier rates.
Wrong or Faulty Items
If you received a wrong or a faulty item, please contact our team at hello@verve-activewear.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A photo of the invoice
- Photos of the item
- Photo of the packaging label (if applicable)
Our customer care team will review your case and arrange the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or style, we kindly ask that you return your item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.
