This website https://verve-activewear.com/ (“Site”) is owned and maintained by ALKYL GROUP FZE, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country to make a purchase on our site.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and may vary depending on your location.
  • We accept payments via secure third-party providers (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details.
  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt. The amount charged to the card will be shown in the cardholder’s billing currency as per their issuing bank conversion rates (if applicable)
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and detailed on our Shipping & Delivery page.
  • For GCC shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • You may return unworn, unused items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., socks, undergarments) are non-returnable.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once items are inspected.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  • All content on our site (logos, designs, images, text, graphics) is owned by or licensed to Verve.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • Verve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
7. USER ACCOUNTS
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account credentials and all activities conducted under the account.
8. SANCTIONS & TRADE COMPLIANCE

We will not trade with or provide any services to individuals, entities, or countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or any other applicable international sanctions authority.

9. TRANSACTION RECORDS

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records as well as a copy of our policies and rules available on https://verve-activewear.com/.

10. GOVERNING LAW

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
