Delivery Times
We currently deliver across the UAE and GCC.
• Dubai: Next-day delivery (Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm)
• Other UAE Emirates: 2 business days
• GCC Countries: 3–4 business days
While we always aim to meet these timelines, delivery may occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to customs clearance for international shipments.
Shipping Fees
For deliveries within the UAE:
• Dubai: AED 20
• Other Emirates: AED 30
• Remote areas: AED 30
Shipping fees apply to parcels up to 5 kg. If your shipment exceeds this weight, additional courier charges may apply.
We’re also happy to offer free UAE shipping on all orders above AED 500.
GCC Shipping
We deliver across GCC countries with rates calculated based on destination and shipment weight. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
